The Meldown collection is inspired by two British institutions: raves and cups of tea.
The rave scene, which emerged in the UK in the early 1990s, is known for its illegal parties, wild festivals, and dance music.
Tea and its culture are another bastion of Britishness. We drink tea to celebrate, to mourn the dead, and we drink tea in shock and during our various neuroses and emotional breakdowns. There's no limit to a Brit's tea resources.
