The Pro Line XS 25-30 is Berkel's latest line of professional electric gravity slicers. This product range combines compact dimensions with the refined design typical of all our slicers, featuring smooth lines, no sharp edges, high-performance materials, and all details in the signature Berkel red.
Primarily intended for the HO.RE.CA. channel, Pro Line XS satisfies the needs of users who, with a limited investment, are looking for excellent cutting performance without wanting to give up the highest safety standards and unparalleled ease of cleaning in the category.
PERFORMANCE
• Sail inclined at 38° to facilitate pressing of the product and the fall of the slice
• 15° diagonal opening sail to facilitate the exit of the product during cutting
• Continuous profile blade cover that guarantees uniform slice thicknesses
• Minimum thickness of the last slice to minimize waste product
• Large product clamp for better fixing of the product in use
• Fully sealed IP67 keypad and food grade silicone gaskets on every exposed part
• Blade opening knob with 14 millimetric positions for perfect adjustment
