Lladró - Spartan

From that time when King Leonidas, commanding three hundred Spartan hoplites, managed to block the powerful Persian army at the Thermopylae pass, the courage and sacrifice of these Greek warriors forever entered legend. This work in black porcelain shows one of these intrepid soldiers with all his equipment: the eye-catching helmet with plume, the mask - which thanks to a system of magnets can be put on or removed to reveal the warrior's face - the shield and spear, in addition, of course, to the greaves.
