The LotusGrill has a built-in battery-powered fan that provides a bellows effect. The charcoal is ignited correctly and the grill is ready quickly. The ignition button is a temperature control. The more air is introduced, the faster the charcoal burns and the hotter it releases. The LotusGrill is very easy to disassemble. The grate and inner bowl are dishwasher safe. The charcoal burns in a closed container inside the LotusGrill. Nothing can fall out, even if the grill tips over. The grate can be secured to the outer shell with two buckles, preventing the bowl and inner containers from moving. Thanks to the double-shell construction, the outer bowl will never be hot. Touching it will prevent burns. The grill can be moved even during cooking.

The LotusGrill barbecue provides food with a low fat and calorie content. The grill's special design prevents fat from dripping into the charcoal during cooking and burning, thus eliminating the harmful substances (e.g., polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, nitrosamines, benzopyrene, and acrylamides) produced by traditional charcoal grills. The LotusGrill's cooking temperature is precisely adjustable.
